Experience Green offers green clean certified cleaning services to Event Sites, Office Buildings, Company Suites, and other commercial spaces.

Buildings and Event Sites with Green Certification are required to maintain standard Green Practices,
to include contracting a Green Janitorial Service.

We can help!  Experience Green acquired green cleaning certification, from the Green Clean Institute in 2008.  The knowledge gained allows our firm to offer an exclusive cleaning service that includes not only the use of green products, but also implements green cleaning practices.  In compliance, we follow the below standards:

·         We only use vacuums equipped with HEPA filters, eliminating allergies and preventing dirt and dust from recycling into the air.

·         We only use microfiber cloths for all mopping and cleaning cloths.  Microfiber cloths are proven to be over 4 times more effective than ordinary cleaning cloths, containing more than 200,000 fibers per square inch of the cloth.  Rather than just moving or pushing the dirt around on the surface with ordinary cleaning cloths, the microfiber cloth actually grabs the dirt from the surface and stores the dirt particles in the many fibers of the cloth, until it is washed.

·         We only use recycled paper and plastic materials for our cleaning and internal office needs.

Our rates are determined based on the following criteria:

o   Pre- & Post-Event Cleaning rates are based on the total number of attendees at the event.

o   The rates for a company with cleaning areas exceeding 2,000 square feet are determined based on the total square footage to be cleaned and the frequency of cleaning visits.

o   Small office spaces with less than 2,000 square feet are charged a fixed hourly cleaning rate based on the frequency of cleaning visits.
